• promote, guide and motivate our kitchen team together with chef de cuisine Georg Schröppel

 • support with the coordination and organization of the entire kitchen process.

 • help to put together menus and daily specials.

 • train and check individual recipes and preparations.

• are jointly responsible for ensuring hygiene and HACCP standards.

• take the position of sous chef and the associated tasks seriously, to put it succinctly, grow and fight together with the team for mutual success. They have…

• Successfully completed training as a cook and comprehensive specialist knowledge - which is necessary for the position as sous chef.
